Trees are half the picture. KND builds and refreshes the beds, lawns and hedges around them: new planting beds with clean edging, sod where the grass gave up, fresh mulch or pine straw, and shrubs planted and shaped to fit the house.

How it works

Three steps, no surprises

Walk the property

We look at drainage, sun and what you want the yard to do, then give you a free estimate.

Prep the ground

Old growth comes out, beds are cut and edged, soil is graded so water goes where it should.

Plant and finish

Plants go in, mulch or straw goes down, and the lawn is cleaned and blown before we leave.

Do you do regular lawn maintenance?

We focus on projects: beds, sod, mulch, clean-ups and hedge work. Ask Ken about a maintenance schedule for your property.

Mulch or pine straw?

Pine straw is the North Georgia standard, cheaper and easy to refresh. Hardwood mulch holds moisture longer and looks sharper in defined beds. We install both.

Can you fix a bare, patchy lawn?

Yes. Depending on the cause we grade, amend and sod, or overseed and top-dress. We will tell you which after we see it.
